In the time of Corona

Perry Knoppert provides evidence that no matter how monotonous everyday life may be, it is better than social isolation. He also documents his own home with flower on a windowsill or a child lying in bed reading. Knoppert was as isolated as the rest of us, observing his children and objects from the safety of his home, except when he went outside to document the state of affairs in public spaces.

abstraction in life matters

when we see things, we can focus just on what we want to see in life. we forget about the simple things, so elegant, so lovely in their simplicity and ordinary life.
